Introducing the T300: A bench-top turn-key control system for small glass and disposable vessels.

The new T300 comprises our versatile TruViu™ RDPDmini hardware and innovative TruBio® μC software. RDPDmini hardware provides a flexible yet plug-and-play configuration in a minimal footprint while maintaining the flexibility and robustness of an industrial automation solution. TruBio μC software uses the Wintel platform to enable state-of-the-art graphics, database management, calibration, alarms, report generation, OPC-capability, and real-time control algorithms.

TruViu RDPDmini

Hardware
TruViu™ RDPDmini has been specially designed for R&D laboratory scale bioreactors, such as glass vessels (<10L) or single-use rockers. The system consists of a utility tower and TruFlow gas manifold.

TruViu RDPDmini is designed to provide a flexible yet plug-and-play configuration that requires a minimal footprint yet maintains the capability and robustness of an industrial automation solution.
TruViu RDPDmini is available in either a micro-controller or DeltaV version. The DeltaV version interfaces easily with either the TruLogic™ Controller using TruBio® DV software, whereas the micro-controller version interfaces easily with a workstation computer using TruBio μC software.

TruBio μC

Software
TruBio μC software is a platform product for Intel-based microcontrollers that has been developed on a C#/.NET foundation with state-of-the-art graphics, database management, and real-time control algorithms. TruBio μC software can be used with bench-scale vessels (glass or single-use) and small-scale rocker bioreactors.

TruBio μC software is pre-configured for controlling bioprocess parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, agitation, foam/level, gas/ liquid flow, and auxiliary analog inputs/loops. TruBio μC software has comprehensive functionality: easy process configuration and display, data historian, calibration, alarms, report generation, process notes, user/vessel management, graphing, save/load for process configuration files, and OPC-capability. The save/load files are fully compatible with TruBio DV software for scale-up and technology transfer.
